Dr Gil Korman is a psychiatrist with further training in psychotherapy. He has previously worked at St Vincent’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and has a special interest in supporting individuals with challenges surrounding end of life.
Dr Korman was a trial therapist in Australia’s first psychedelic-assisted therapy study exploring psilocybin-assisted therapy for depression and anxiety associated with life threatening illness. He continues to be involved in psychedelic therapy research via Swinburne university.

To enquire about availability and suitability, please fill in the form below. From there, an introductory phone call with Dr Korman will clarify current needs and whether working together is the best fit for you.
A GP referral is required prior to the first appointment. As you will be working with a psychiatrist, rebates can continue for up to 52 sessions per year. These will also fall under the Medicare Safety Net, which means that out-of-pocket fees will reduce significantly over time.
